I like that he is a LB source position, and that he wants to attack opponents and put them on their heels. His playing experience is a strength for him here. Guessing we'll see real nice coverage teams day one.

Question is can he select a kicker from among the draft options. That may be his biggest decision he makes in his tenure here. Choose wisely.

Seems like a typical McVay young hire. Great NFL experience as an underdog UDFA. Well-spoken communicator. He has his work cut out for him replacing the specialists while improving coverage and returns.

Nice guy. Earned things the hard way. Two-time SB Champ carries some weight. Special teams demon brings even more. Looking forward to some balls to the wall special teams play.
