Honestly don't recall if we changed out scouts when those two were brought in or not.

This would be a fantastic hire and the fact it can't be blocked is an excellent sign. Ravens have always been one of the better scouting departments so if this does indeed come to fruition and hire Joe Hortiz the Los Angeles Rams are making all the right moves.
