Word is out! The Rams are back. More people are believers now. They can see that the Niners are good but people are expecting a decline. IMO their cap situation limits what they can do. Their drafts are average so it will be difficult to be better than they were in 2023. This article is right, there won't be any sneaking up on anyone this coming year.
