As you probably have noticed, we've got a LOT of active members here. Even when all of them aren't on at one time, this place is pretty hopping. During the busy times, the forum absolutely flies, and it can be difficult to read any backlog you may have while more is being posted.

So how do you read it?

My method: I go to the New Posts page, launch the three top threads in new tabs, then click on the fourth one in the tab I'm in. Read thread, delete tab until I'm down to the last one, then go back to New Posts and repeat until it's all gone.

But I thought it'd be interesting to hear other people's methods.

I kinda just wander around the board looking for topics that interest me (lucky you ... I chose this one).

Before, when I owned the jernt, I had to read every post in every thread. Now ... not so much. lol.

So we'll have to plot against you in uninteresting topics... ;)

That's essentially what I do. I don't have much time between work and school, so gotta pick what looks interesting. Then half of those I skim through, and half of those I reply.

I usually start with the Rams threads, looking for new news. Sometimes I spend most of the time there.
In the offseason I spend more time in ot. I need to spend more time here in the regular season. Fun section.

That about sums it up. (y)

When I first log in I check for any mod reports, pm's, or alerts. Once they're taken care of then I check for any spam that needs to be deleted and any spamsters that need banning.

Then I go from section to section beginning at the very bottom with chats, member photos, to see if there are any new posts and work my way up to the top section Rams-NFL Talk. Then the real fun begins with posting articles and comments. It's dirty work but somebody has to do it. :sneaky:

Pretty much the same as @X said..hop around and read what interests me. Then just look at boobies and bootie the rest of the time :-)

I go to alerts, then I go to Rams Forum, then Off Topic

First thing I do is look at my likes and quotes to remember what I posted ,it saves a step or two when moving from one forum to another ,then I look for last posters and new threads that are posted by people I want to know what they've posted because some people have these unique perspectives that sometimes just make me laugh, not in a bad way either there is some serious witt here and THEN I go to topics .
Try to post in the song of the day every day , the music always adds to enjoying the day.

Left to right and top to bottom.

Dammit, Rynie! You went forward in time and beat me to my exact post!

I gotta say, the cold virus does NOT enhance performance... on any level... unless you consider the production of used Kleenex a worthwhile endeavor...

Have you ever thought about the fact that like 80% of toilet paper is used to avoid getting shit on your hands?

20% is a REALLY high percentage for other uses...

I mean, I finally trained myself to use the microfiber cloth that came with my glasses to clean them with that instead of using TP...the wife gets Puffs Plus...which I complain about until I have a cold, then I'm glad she's lookin' out... she's awesome.

And I'm glad we have TP, because I haven't mastered the 3 seashells...

Several years ago I had a bad cold, and I went through a lot of kleenex. I put them all in a pile and took a pic of them. Then I put them in a big brown paper grocery bag.

I wish I had that pic today. It could be considered art.
