I don't think I have a method. I give likes when people post good articles, or make me AOTN, or for being creative, or adding good points to a discussion, or simply by telling me how awesome I am. lol.

It's funny that this thread exists! When I started posting here regularly a few months ago, the difference between my total posts and likes, was about 200 different. I decided that I would try to post funny thoughts, pics, and just generally "bring it"....As you can see, my experiment worked as my likes and total posts are almost equal now....

I look for similar things when liking others thoughts, takes, pics, etc....
