Not bad.... love how they show him some of the LEGENDS from the past right away so that will plant seeds on expectations of how to conduct himself on and off the field.

I hope they have a policy of educating all of the young/new guys to the history of past Ram glory. I think it's eye opening for them to know of these legends and the fact that these guys just played for the pure love of the game, with most having other jobs in the off-season just to make ends meet.

I agree whole heartedly! That literally a whole day or half a day at least of showing them what it takes to be a Ram and the class this organization has had in the horns. Live up to it.

Love the pic of Deacon (of course), but there should be pics of Dickerson, Bettis, Bryant, Capelleti, McCutcheon, Faulk, Jackson to inspire the young man. This team has a great running-back legacy!
