I decided to go all uptown and got carry out from Chilis on the dip trio…..Salsa, Skillet Queso, and Guacamole….it was good…

Grilled T bone with corn and open faced taters, cooked and then brushed with olive oil and finished with minced garlic, tarragon and pepper. Grill them face down to perfection.

Dinner rolls slab, cut in half.
Layer of ham.
Layer of Swiss.
Layer of ham.

I was so worn out after that game I delayed my grilled fried chicken until tonight.
Id like to see that; sounds interesting. Yeah I didnt feel like cooking much after that one and about as soon as it ended....first pitch in San Fran.....
