That's probably good news
Not necessarily but I sure hope so.

On Sunday, during the game, it was reported to be a knee injury but no specifics.

I was surprised (disappointed). Thought it was an ankle of leg muscle strain.

Usually McVay speaks to the media within 24-36 hours after a game. Not the post-game press conference but (usually) a Monday media conference. Not this week. Expect to hear from him today or tomorrow; and expect a little more detail on Fiske's injury and status.

If it is a knee, and surgery is required, that could suck. Could impact whether he is 100% for Traing Camp; and, at the least, limit his off-season activities.

Again, hoping for the best ... meaning not structural damage and surgery.

Since they had him on the bike seeing if he could come back the whole first half I'm going to assume it's nothing serious. I don't think they'd have him doing that if they had any thought he tore or ruptured something. Hopefully just a mild sprain that'll need a few weeks rest that won't hamper him in the offseason at all.

I completely Agree. That, plus the way he was walking, made me think it was a pull or strain.

However, if you google ... Braden Fiske injury ... you will see multiple media reports from Sunday that specifically say ... "Knee injury"

Yes, my assumption was and is a knee sprain. Of course, there's great variations in types of sprain. But since he was trying to go back in hopefully his is just the multi week rehab type and not the surgery type.

At least we can be assured that there was no instability in the knee or they would never have had him on the bike or the sidelines still. Likely a sprain.

Looks like minor surgery, doesn't go into specifics though.
