Not sure what that change is...but he has my attention. He also went on to say that Bradford is the guy right now and it is reasonable to expect there to be competition at the QB position.

Hopefully a change of offensive philosophy, starting with a new OC. Just like Tim Walton last year, we will be a playoff team if Fisher can change his ways on how he thinks an offense should be ran.

I like what I'm hearing right now. We do need some changes.
 
Those wanting Shotty gone may get their wish. Three years of Shotty PLUS a crossroads at the QB position may be enough for Fisher to decide to make a change.

This will be interesting to say the least.

I was trying to research to find what o coordinators Fisher has ties to through his history, i didnt find much

I think they go back to the type of offense they tried at the beginning of the 2013 season, now that they have seasoned playmakers in Austin, Britt, Bailey, Quick, Cook, and backs who can catch and pick up the blitz in Cunningham and Mason. With better blocking and Bradford at the helm, I believe they have the components of an explosive offense.
