I’m walking away from watching a game for the first time since McVay took over. It’s embarrassing how bad they are playing but the real turn off is how half the team seems to just be going through the motions (IMO that’s on McVay).

So its obvious McVay's gonna suffer his first losing season. Probably by a lot. And the second time he misses the playoffs. The question is, does this light a fire under him? And the rest of the team? Or does he see the writing on the wall and bail? The window is shut now. They maxed out their credit cards and now its time to pay up. Does McVay view this as a challenge?
