Trying to pass time til Sunday. Any predictions for the game.

I'll toss out Everett & Higby show up big with combined 100+ yards receiving, including a clutch catch in the game winning drive.

Vinovich becomes the only referee to eject and disqualify McVay from a game in the future HOFer's career.

Funny enough I was thinking this earlier today, our gameplay vs the Cowboys was smashmouth running, not the pass heavy we usually see, I wouldn't be surprised to see the TEs have a huge game against the Saints.

Agreed, I think McVay will have a very different gameplan for the Saints to what we saw against the 'Boys

I would love it if the rbs keep doing what they're doing. There's nothing more demolirising for a d than having the opposing oline open gaping holes again and again, with cj and Gurley getting huge chunks of yardage every second or third run.

But if mcvay sees opportunities to gouge the d with long passes you just know he will take it.

So, you're saying that Higbee or Everett will make a clutch catch during our first possession? Cuz, I think we get in front early and this one is never in question.

Early in the game, Jared “The System” Goff throws a frozen line to Cooks but on the way it “somehow” smacks the referee, Bill Vinovich III, square in the noggin, knocking him out and sending him straight into concussion protocol.

Marcus Peters gets an unsprotmanlike conduct AND a pass interference penaty.:redcard: and Phillips still keeps him in the game.

Rams win a 1 point game with Johnson sealing the win with an interception on the Saints final drive.

Plus a holding call on the same play and Vinovitch just goes ahead and awards the Saints a touchdown (plus two point conversion) for committing all three penalties on the same play...

Vinovitch is involved with 2 or 3 horrendous calls, and McVay has enough of it and pulls the Rams off the field. :shocking:

Well then, maybe the game winning drive turns out to be in the 1st Quarter! lol

I reckon the saints are gonna go all out to make sure that doesn't happen. This will be Goff and the receivers day.

I think it's going to be a tale of two halfs.

I think they are going to come out running like mad and force the Saints to commit and then it'll be play action time and they will close out the game throwing the ball all over the field.

Or maybe this..........

Why no Week 18? Trying to hide something?
These are bold predictions!

I think you might be right. Although they game plan every game, it seems like they make adjustments to what they are given. I don't think they intended to run as much as they did against the Cowboys, but it was working so well they ran with it. If the Saints make it difficult by spending more focus on the run I have a feeling we will see more of Goff and the receivers. I'd like to see the tight ends get more involved.
