I was just rewatching the game. The first Cooks breakdown shows what you can't see from the TV video.. The run game opens up the middle of the field for Cooks on the quick slant. The 20 yard screen looked so easy. Imagine Goff to Cooks is just getting started.

The push from Donald and Suh was also great to see. They get pressure and stop the run.

It was 65 yards in the air and Goff didn’t even get to really build up and launch it either.

Yeah he was kind of side stepping to avoid the rush when he threw it, he's capable of hitting that in stride every time when he doesn't throw late

I want to see more snippets of Suh/Donald. It's hard to see everything they do live, especially since hurries and pressures aren't in the box score, only sacks.

I really don't care what the media says. McVay seems to be a more cerebral HC than others, Goff has regularly called him the 54th man, he sees the game differently to most and has a huge databank of plays in his head - put him on any team with any QB and he'll be exactly the same. Goff has also said that he sometimes tunes McVay out, because there's just too much information.

A team has to play to its strengths whether you're a player OR coach. McVay is definitely a Ram strength.

Irritating for Baldinger to constantly say "McVay is talking to Goff here", all coaches talk to their QBs so you're trying to say Goff couldn't read the D? Another note for Goff gets no respect. We should start calling Goff Dangerfield!
