I cant project rounds but as far as players who I'd love to see in Horns? I'd love to double down on TE in this draft, Tucker Kraft early, and Brevyn Spann Ford a bit later. Clayton Tune as the QB project late.
I'm not sold on the RB room needing the early love. Sure I wont be mad if any of them are picked, I just think we can grab one later, UDFA or even one from the FA list and see what we got with Akers and Kyren

I'm no longer expecting the Rams to come up with the money necessary to secure a free agent OL, especially with things pointing towards 2024's potential CAP availability.
I'd have Avila as our starting LG for 2023, then move him to Center in 2024 replacing Allen as starter. Stromberg would essentially replace Shelton's role next year (2024) as our back-up Center/OG. One of either Allen or Shelton can also be made available for trade at the 2023 deadline. jmo.

Sure there are, ... hell, I was the first here to want Christian Gonzalez before he went flying up everyones board.
It's not so much about who I like or don't like at many of these positions, our lack of higher draft picks is problematic, it may be more about immediate impact and who might be served best with upgrades first going towards the DL and offense. Donald & Stafford require immediate assistance imo, and while the Rams can always use an upgrade at CB, we did add a couple of new guys last season. I've also been wanting to see Grant Haley return soon.
My first 3 picks are about applying more pressure on opposing QB's, keeping Stafford upright, and adding a quality TE to give him more tools. Unfortunately, most of our picks come late, but I do like what Riley Moss adds to the DB's room. jmo.
 
ITS DRAFT DAY!!!

  • Not feeling very confident about Plan G. Gibbs looking like a late first rounder and White probably goes in Top 50.
  • Plan E is much more viable.
  • Would definitely get on board with Jonathan Mingo or Cedric Tillman in Round 3 and waiting to Day 3 to take a RB (did McVay’s recent vote of confidence for Cam Akers signal a low priority at RB, or was it a smokescreen?)
  • I won’t be at all surprised to see a trade (or two) to turn 3 day two picks into 4 (or more).
