Just went to Jerrys world last week. Pretty impressive place.
Dallas is a pretty cool city. Coming from out west the humity takes some getting used to.
Couldn't believe how cheap gas is, some nice inexpensive golf to be had and damn people are polite.

The other nice thing about Dallas was, despite being out in public places nearly everyday for 8 days, I was not hit up once by beggars. I few on the roadside. One had a "joke of the day" sign. Ok, a little effort there.
In a place that is less than 1 tenth the size of Dallas I get hit up constantly when leaving stores ect.
So refreshing to not be hassled by losers.

Yes, we are polite. We're curious, so we'll ask you questions. Lol. Respect is a HUGE thing in Texas. D/fw, Austin, and San Antonio are cool. Houston is a giant piece of shit. Don't ever go there. September is miserable. 100° with 50% humidity feels like 115°.

I'm thinking about going. There's some things that are up in the air for me that time of year, but I might make it.

Been to Houston in August and it was brutal.
I couldn't believe people would slow down and let you in driving on the highway even though I was driving like a tourist.
Even is small western cities this doesn't happen.
It was nice.

I'm taking my boss and girlfriend, both Cowgirl fans. I bet them both the Rams will win. My boss will be buying me dinner, my girlfriend won't get off so easily

Wife and I were planning a trip to Texas sometime this fall to see the kid, who's in the military down there. Only prob with that game is it's in September, which might be too soon. Will let you know, would definitely be cool to receive some hospitality and then watch the Rams stomp some Cowpoke @$$. :p

I'm planning on going to the Rams vs Cowpokes pre season game @ the Coliseum.
I'm really looking forward to this ^ one! McVays 1st taste of blood as a HC! I think He'll barely Win it because he won't want to show off anything he'll use in the Regular Season!(y);):D
BUT!! When he goes to Dallas to Play they Cow-Pies at home, and Rynie get to see them Up-Close-and-Personal, Well .. the Dallas Fans will be shouting after the game " Forget the Alamo, what-the-F*** Just happened!! Cow-Pies ... :death:

To be Totally Honest, the Dallas game is the 1st game of the Season the Rams might Lose, But I doubt it!!:snicker::shades:

It's weird; 3 teams we play in the preseason, we play again in the regular season (cards, rams, and raiders). That's not normal.
