Saw this yesterday too. Not sure how to take it bc I’m not sure I’ve ever seen an active player post something like this before about the team he’s still on lol

Our guys can run block. They proved that. But, with the exception of........well......they cant fuckin pass block. Like, none of em. So. Yea, we need some help.
 
God forbid a player tweet out honest thoughts. I forgot they're supposed to be robots.

I'd rather hear a players honest thoughts than a coaching lying through there teeth with coach speak.

Probably won’t be looked at in a favorable light but I think he’s speaking his truth. I can’t say I disagree with him either. I’ve never seen a player do this, so that is quite something.

Agree it's not a good look for him to be posting this ... and yet, he's *mostly* right.

Mostly ... because he'd be at LT and Boom would be his backup. Would probably replace Allen, who while I like his grit and determination, seems to be too injury prone. And of course, need someone at LG when Jackson slides over to LT.

I'm sure you played NCAAF at a high level at Iowa under a terrific OL coach and guru in Kirk Ferentz, made it to the NFL as an UDFA, played well under a terrific coach in Sean McVay before injury and have a similar idea on what successful OL looks like too. Knowing as much as him.

Some odd statements from a player with two career starts.

What I like is that Jackson seems focused on playing. Season ending injury and blood clots have led to speculation that he may not return.

These comments don’t guarantee a return but they are encouraging; and we Rams’ fans can use some positive, encouraging news right now.

I might now go out and buy his shirt. That is about right but I would add some pieces, one FA who can start and our first draft pick now that Akers, and RBs, and Cobie at CB have proved we needed to be patient
