I hear influencers and fan bases say this all the time about their teams where I want to roll my eyes a bit. It's sort of like when people who knowingly tell you how unpredictable their state's weather is, not knowing that most other state's residents say the same thing, "You never know about our weather so stick around and it'll change.":eyeroll:

Our former 1st rounder Chris Long added a bit more reasoning as to why the Rams are really "that team"

They just gotta get this defense to limit those explosive pass plays. If they can do that this team is very dangerous.

There's a few real chances that happens too. Better safety play, AD smelling another ring and going apeshit, maybe an adjustment at corner with even just one guy stepping up big. Hell even Young finding a second wind and coming on a bit more. It is possible.

It's pretty simple with how it applies to us:

Less than two years ago we won the Super Bowl. People want to talk about the turnover, but all these guys were on that team:

Stafford
Kupp
Higbee
Havenstein
Shelton
Jackson
Tutu
Hoecht
AD
Fuller
Rozeboom
AD
Ernest Jones
Jonah Williams

Not all are starters, but all are getting a decent amount of playing time and were on that Super Bowl team. That's probably close to 14 out of our top 28 in snap counts

The last video redeemed Chris Long to me. My perception was that he left the Rans like shaking the dust from his feet. He won two Super Bowl rings in such as short amount of time with nary a mention about his time in St Louis in subsequent years. To hear that the guys he played with in St Louis very important to him still, connected with me.

I met him in STL one year and took a pic with him, I used to think I’m a decent sized guy. My hand fit into his like mine was a child’s, dude is immense! But very very nice, stayed there signing and talking all anybody wanted of him. Been a big fan since then.

If our offense can keep our punter off the field and limit Havershank to extra points, this team could make some noise, if we make the playoffs.

The defense can hold up if the offense pulls its weight. If the whiners didn't get that TD with 1 second left in the half in the first matchup, that game might have been different.

Dam we had two AD's in 2021? Did not know that.

No wonder we won the Super Bowl.:laugh1:

Counting the Seahawks twice, the Rams have 4 wins vs opponents over .500, including the colts and the 11am browns.

I had to look that up because if “hadn’t beaten anybody”, then we were just setting ourselves up for a big fall. Still might, but the Rams played SOME good football early in the season vs the eagles and 9ers. We’re better now.

Closing games out/putting a game out of reach is the one box the Rams still need to check.

A lot of hype right now , and it’s nice to hear. Problem is we haven’t punched our ticket yet. It will be a long off season if we don’t make it.
Having to root for the Steelers sucks , but whatever it takes

No. He was saying that his best experience with the guys on the Rams Dline and not the Super Bowl teams (Laser video). THEN he and David Vbora tallked about Shrooms and Ayawaska(?).
