Lol what a shit organization! Absolutely love our owner, he signs the checks and doesn't seem to meddle. Yes he's consulted but seems to defer to decisions and let's them create the dead cap for moves if they can convince him of the plan. He does the same with The Arsenal. And he builds world class facilities with his own money not tax payer money.

Had a feeling after reports the owner stomped out of the locker room post game.

I'd like to see McVay bring Reich in to the staff. Quality OC.

Looking like Tepper is the new Dan Snyder. He'll now be in competition with Irsay as the worst owner in the NFL.
Reich is well respected as an offensive coach. If anyone could help save Bryce Young it would be someone like him. Now Tepper has to find someone else to make Young into a NFL quality quarterback.
And they're going to have to work under Snyder Junior.
This has all the look of a garbage fest...

Tepper now has fired a college HC & a HC who came to him with a winning record.

Up next I guess is a high profile coordinator.

Let's give Josh the true credit he is due as The 1st Sorry Ass HC to be fired this year!

Hmmm…maybe Burns will want to test FA now? They’re a dumpster fire.

Bring him in.
I would love it for Burns to hit Free Agency but I just don't know how Carolina could not Franchise Tag him to at least get something in return.

Yeah and what I don't get is was he expecting to be a playoff seed when they went all-in with a rookie QB? Generally that's not gonna work out that way.

Guessing he's mega pissed knowing they passed on Stroud, who can see over his OL and who is a rare example of a rook QB who can ball in year one. Then getting beat by Levis who fell to round 2 was too much for that ego to endure. :laugh4:

Bidwell the Younger is actually finding ways not to be as shitty as he and his father were in the past.

Will wonders never cease...
Yeah that GM hire looks like it was a big upgrade. Of course it would be hard to find a worse one. :laugh3:

Looking ahead... if Morris can take the adjustments the D has made during the bye and get more of this kind of production (like the last two games), he'll get some serious play as a head coach this year with 7-8 HC jobs available. It sure looks like Tepper is gonna go with an outside hire so that means Evero might be available as a DC. He is amazing, was cooking early in the year with the Panther's D and absolutely destroyed teams last year with Denver D (only reason they were competitive). Would absolutely love to have him back.

Additionally, I suspect a role for Brown can be found on the offensive side of the ball. But both he and Evero will be sought after.

Who will be the top candidates this offseason?

My guess is the top two guys are Quinn from Dallas and Johnson from Detroit.

After that? I don't know.
I think Morris will be very attractive to a lot of teams.. but he's not a flashy hire, at all. If the D keeps it up and the Rams make the playoffs.. he should absolutely get a job.

And I'd kill for Evero back if that happens.
